What we collect, and why
The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to send us through the enquiry form:
- Your name and contact details (email and/or phone number)
- Your job role or organization details
- Your current experience or business stage, if provided
- Anything you write in the message box
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and coordinate advisory services. Our lawful basis is your consent (you tick a box before submitting) and, once we are planning sessions with you, taking steps to enter into a contract.
We do not send unsolicited marketing emails, we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not build consumer profiles from it.
Client & Corporate Data Protection
Because we work with business owners and leaders, enquiries often contain sensitive corporate details. We protect all client information with standard encryption and secure workspace access. Before any business diagnostics, audits, or benchmark analysis begins — and before any performance data is stored in our analytics database — we obtain your consent and, if requested, execute a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Where your data is stored
We use a small number of secure service providers to run this website and handle enquiries:
- Supabase — secure database hosting, where enquiry details are stored
- Resend — email delivery, used to notify us of your enquiry and send you a confirmation
- Vercel — website hosting and anonymous, cookie-free visitor analytics
Each provider processes data only on our instructions and under contractual safeguards. Where data is processed outside the UK, it is protected by recognised transfer mechanisms such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to a booking, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we are advising you, plus the period required for legal, tax, insurance, and compliance record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use tracking cookies, which is why you don't see a cookie banner. We do not run any analytics or visitor-tracking scripts — we do not identify you or follow you across other websites.
Your rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
- Access: Ask us for copies of your personal data.
- Rectification: Ask us to correct info you think is inaccurate.
- Erasure: Ask us to erase your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Restriction: Ask us to limit how we process your data.
