TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: 11 June 2026
Who we are
These terms apply to consulting sessions, workshops, and advisory programmes booked with Zenith Advisory ("we", "us"). By booking a session or program, you agree to these terms. Questions can be directed to info@abwebstudio.tech.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed on a date and time with you and payment has been received. Prices are as listed on our products page at the time of booking. Advisory programmes and blocks are paid upfront.
Cancellations and refunds
- By you: Cancel up to 48 hours before a session for a full refund or free reschedule. Inside 48 hours, we will offer a reschedule where we reasonably can; no-shows or last-minute cancellations are charged in full.
- By us: If we cancel a session — including due to unforeseen technical outages or advisor emergencies — you choose a free reschedule or a full refund for that session.
- Programme blocks: Individual sessions within an advisory block follow the same rules and are rescheduled rather than refunded, keeping the program block intact.
Where you book a service for a specific date, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases does not apply to that dated session, as permitted by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your other statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are unaffected.
Confidentiality and NDAs
- We respect the highly confidential nature of your business data, models, and operations.
- A standard Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be provided and executed upon request prior to our first benchmark or session.
- We protect all proprietary metrics, files, and strategies shared during the course of our engagement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely business data to facilitate diagnostic assessments. Our advisory services are strategic recommendations; final execution decisions and operational outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Diagnostic data, reports, and recordings
- Benchmark reports, diagnostic assessment data, and growth target profiles are produced for the client's internal development and strategy.
- Advisory sessions may be recorded (audio/video) for self-review and training transcript purposes with the client's active consent. Session recordings are never published or shared.
- We never use a client's company name, brand logo, or testimonials in marketing materials or social media without separate written consent.
How we look after personal and corporate data is covered in our privacy policy.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Our advisory services do not constitute legal, tax, or formal financial auditing advice. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any booking is limited to the fees you paid for it. We carry comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
General
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you book is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
